Field Service Tech

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of forklifts. This is a hands on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on forklifts
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with forklifts
• Repair or replace faulty components
• Test equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Keep accurate records of work performed
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own tools
• Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanics
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
